What are your delivery timescales:

 

All house signs will be sent within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. We will deliver the sign(s) to the address you give us at the time of order. All signs willl be sent by either Royal mail or courier.

 

How do I treat my slate?

 

Our house signs don't need any maintenance to keep them looking good but if you want to give them an extra shine then rub a bit of linseed oil on to the surface with a soft cloth. We use only top quality U.V. & weatherproof enamel paints that require no maintenance or varnishing to keep your house plaque looking good. 

 

Do you have any other fonts available

 

Yes, I have a list of a few hundred fonts, if you let me know on your order form which font you would prefer and I will do my best to accomodate.

 

Could I see a mock up of what my sign would look like?

 

Yes, if you request one on the order form I will send a copy to your paypal email address. Please let me know if you are happy with the mock up or if you would like any changes.

 

Can you do other sizes than those advertised?

 

Yes, other sizes can be provided upon request subject to availability up to a maximum width of 600 mm. 

 

Do you supply fixings?

 

Yes, all slates will be drilled with holes ready for fixing to your wall, along with screws, plugs and matching screw caps.

 

Do you deliver outside the U.K.?

 

At present, due to the high cost of carriage, we normally only deliver to mainland UK addresses. If you require a sign to be sent elsewhere, please use our contact form for a postage quotation.
